Who will show me homes I want to see? Once you are pre-qualified and have found homes of interest on your website, your assigned buyer’s agent will arrange appointments and scheduling for you. It is important to have a buyers’ agent that will represent your interests throughout the buying process. Your agent will submit offers and negotiate on your behalf to get the best deal for your dollars!

What happens when I am under contract? Your agent will assist you with all the contract-to-close details, through the due diligence and inspection period to the closing table at the attorney’s office.
